Terms of Agreement at Ariela’s Place in Jerusalem

Ariela’s Place has hosted many guests over the past 18 years. We pride ourselves on our personal and professional service. Please read our policies and confirm that you agree with them. Thank you.

The rental fee is based on the number of guests that are specified in the booking. Extra guests will be charged at the rate of US $20/Adult and US $10/Child.

Check In begins at 3pm.
A very early check in before 9 am in the morning will be considered an extra day.
An early check in from 9am - 3pm will be considered an extra ½ day.
Check Out is until 10 am.
A late check out after 10 am - 1pm is considered an extra ½ day.
A late check out after 1pm is considered an extra full day.
For different hours of check in or check out, please consult with me.
There is an option- free of charge- to leave your luggage before the check in, or after the check out times. Please ask me about this option if you need it.

Electricity may be extra depending upon the season and length of stay. Please ask me about this.

Cleaning: Weekly cleaning is included if you stay more than a week.

To Finalize Your Reservation, please remit a deposit of 35% of the total amount.
You have two options:
1. By Paypal in US Dollars + 5% My email account is nevo10@zahav.net.il Name: Ariela Nevo
2. You may pay by credit card, either Visa or Master Card in shekels according to the highest conversion rate of USD/Shekels at www.bankleumi.co.il

No reservation will be made until the deposit is received.
The balance is due upon arrival and may be paid either with cash or credit card.
There is no refund for a no-show or an early check out.
VAT is extra for Israeli citizens only. For foreign citizens: Upon your arrival we will take a photo of your passport + the entry permit- the blue and white card- that you receive when you enter the country. Without the entry permit card we will have to add the VAT.
Cancellation Policy: Please confirm that you understand my cancellation policy.
The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to the arrival date.
For high season and holidays, it is refundable only 90 days before the arrival date.
If a cancellation is made 10 or less working days prior to the arrival date, an additional 35% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card.
For high season and holidays, this additional 35% charge applies to cancellations made 20 or less working days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made 3 or less working days before the arrival date, the full amount will be charged.

I recommend that all my guests take out insurance to cover optional cancellation.
